Pittsburgh Lacrosse Media and Sixes Prize League Reach Sponsorship Agreement

Wanting to grow lacrosse sixes and the league’s brand value in Western, Pa., the Sixes Prize League has agreed to terms to sponsor the eight weekly rankings posted by Pittsburgh Lacrosse Media on Instagram.

Pittsburgh Lacrosse Media emerged in September of 2024 as the frontrunner for all things Western, Pa. lacrosse news, covering high school seasons, college commitments, and the collegiate landscape for local MCLA and NCAA programs.

Partnering with PLM made sense because there are a number of SPL players who also coach in Pittsburgh’s high school league, the WPIAL. Some eager high schoolers and graduated seniors have also played in the Prize League.

There is already a pipeline between the WPIAL and SPL, and we want to continue to develop that so people have a place to play serious lacrosse sixes.
